I started these before moving to prescribed medication so think they certainly helped keep unease at bay to a degree. One daily, combined with medication was 'like a new bun' time, and rather than immediately increase medicine, increasing this supplement to 2 per day has delayed the need to increase the dosage. All good stuff!
