[message]Accessibility
As someone with a disability and chronic illness (Ehlers-Danlos and Chronic Fatigue) being an accessible business is very important to me. Annoyingly the Chronic Fatigue means implementing the ideas takes a little longer than I would like.
Our Shop and Harehouse is a ground floor unit, with flat floor, so wheelchair accessible. There is a mezzanine level for events, tea parties and mini art gallery. Any stock held up there can be bought down for those that cannot do stairs. The is a car parking space directly outside the door and other visitor parking near by.
(Please note Rabbit Retail is not responsible for car safety).
We are planning to create quiet hours for shopping, with low lights, not music, not other animals, and minimum disruption (no deliveries). Please let us know if you would like to book a quiet hour slot.
Online we are adding Alt Text to all images so customers with sight impairments can have the image described to them.
If you can think of any anything we can do improve your experience online or in store, please contact us, via info@rabbitretail.co.uk with the heading Accessibility Issues
Thank you,
