Shipping policy
UK Shipping
At Rabbit Retail, we want to be as transparent as possible.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £20. For orders under £20, shipping is £4
We have recently moved to using Royal Mail after many missing parcels and failures from Evri to pay for lost items. This has meant we needed to increase the price for shipping on orders. Shipping should now be faster and more reliable.
We offer local free delivery for postcodes HP17-22
Dispatch time is 1-2 days and Standard Delivery is 2-3 working days.
In store collection is often ready for collection within 1 hour. This is only within shop hours - please see opening times here.
To offer a wide range of products, including handmade art, custom pieces, and jewellery, these items come directly from the artists. These may take longer to arrive than the standard delivery times. This will be explained in their product descriptions and below,
- Gina Kim Jewellery - Up to 2 weeks
- Rachel Stevens - Up to 2 Weeks
- JJRabbitHouse - Up to 2 weeks
We are now able to ship to Northern Ireland again.
International Shipping
We are working hard to open up Rabbit Retail worldwide, but tariffs and brexit we are struggling to get this to work!
In the meantime, if you would like to ship internationally, please contact us at info@rabbitretail.co.uk and we can manually place an order and calculate shipping for you. Thank you for your patience.
Sadly due to GPSR we cannot send parcels to the EU. This is such a shame we cannot expand into the EU, and we hope the law changes soon to make it possible for us, and other small business, to ship to the EU.
Missing Parcel
Sadly sometimes parcels go missing. If this is the case please contact us at info@rabbitretail.co.uk. We will then need you to please complete a Denial of Receipt form, print off and send us the picture with a hand written signature, (we understand this is a little difficult, but this is the only way the shipping companies will except the DOR). We can then send out a replacement item to you.
We have recently be made aware shipping companies are reach out to customers that have had missing parcels and asking is a parcel has arrived. This is in regards to the missing one, not the replacement. Saying 'yes' means to claim is cancelled and we are out of pocket. This has been a blow to our small business.
