Black Dog Tiles base their tiles on historical artwork. This piece comes from Willaim Morris most distinctive and best-loved designs Brother Rabbit, also known as Brer Rabbit. It was first designed in 1881 for the opening of his Merton Abbey works in 1882. The design was inspired by a character in the Uncle Remus stories by the American journalist and writer J. C. Harris, which Morris would read to his two young daughters.

Dimensions: 9.7cm x 9.5cm

The hole for fixing is located at the top of the tile. These tiles are suitable for hanging indoors or outdoors. They are not floor tiles. The tiles are frost-resistant, but it is not recommended to hang outside where they will face a deluge of water.
